Get to know the people behind Rage Against Addiction.

Amanda Buddenbohn

Board Member & Volunteer

Amanda Buddenbohn has been a part of Rage Against Addiction since its inception. Because she lost her niece Kelsea on Christmas Day in 2015 to addiction, she wanted to work alongside her own sister Wendy Beck by helping others who are actively struggling, assisting families who have addicted loved ones, and supporting those in recovery.

She is a Board Member, and attends all of the Rage events, and serves as the Coordinator for the organization’s ABC (After Baby Care) program, which provides basic needs to newborns of mothers in recovery. This has been very rewarding for Amanda; she likes to stay in touch with the women as they grow into their role as a mother and she continues encouraging their road to a better life.

Amanda grew up in Harford County, Maryland, and graduated from Fallston High School in 2002. She works full-time as a dental assistant and is a mother of three children. She enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
