Recovery Rocks! @ HCC

September is National Recovery Month! Come visit Rage at Harford Community College to learn about us, decorate rocks with positive messages / affirmations to scatter around campus for others to find, and to talk with those in recovery from substance abuse. It’s a great way to meet those in your area and to help us spread hope that recovery IS possible.
